Abstract:
The article discusses issues related to the digitalization of education in universities of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. It analyzes the educational technologies used at the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. The introduction of digital technologies allows for improving the quality of learning, organizing the educational process in a remote format, and minimizing travel expenses for individuals undergoing advanced training, as classes can be conducted in both face-to-face and synchronous and asynchronous formats. The article discusses specific applied and problematic issues related to the introduction of digital innovative technologies in education, and describes the direction of improving the professional training of employees in the penal system to ensure the implementation of the digitalization program.

Аннотация:
Социум нынешнего дня претерпевает серьезные изменения, затрагивая различные направления жизнедеятельности, в том числе, образование. Современная система образования̶ это не только обучение, передача предметных знаний, но и воспитание, становление гармонично развитой личности выпускника. В связи с этим автор делает акцент не только на смене образовательных результатов, но и на том, как трансформировалось взаимодействие участников образовательного процесса. Проводится сравнительный анализ систем взаимодействия участников образовательного процесса на различных ступенях образования с определением приоритетных субъектов и их координирующих функций.
В исследовании проводится изучение структуры коммуникации тех, кто принимает участие в обучении и воспитании, содержательного наполнения общения, его функционала. В связи с этим актуализируется проблематика организации максимально эффективного взаимодействия, его выстраивания в зависимости от конкретных целей и задач.
В контексте исследуемой темы автор предлагает модель межведомственного и межсубъектного взаимодействия различных участников образовательного процесса, а также предпринимает попытку определить основные риски реализации данной модели.

Abstract:
Today’s society is undergoing major changes, affecting various areas of life, including education. Modern education system This is not only education, the transfer of subject knowledge, but also education, the formation of a harmoniously developed personality of the graduate. In this regard, the author focuses not only on the change in educational outcomes, but also on how the interaction of participants in the educational process has been transformed. A comparative analysis of the interaction systems of educational process participants at various levels of education is conducted to identify priority subjects and their coordinating functions.
The study analyzes the communication structure of those who participate in education and upbringing, as well as the content and functionality of communication. In this regard, the issue of organizing the most effective interaction and building it based on specific goals and objectives becomes relevant.
In the context of this research, the author proposes a model of interdepartmental and intersubject interaction between various participants in the educational process, and also attempts to identify the main risks associated with its implementation.
