Статья посвящена анализу условий развития проектного мышления у студентов, в частности, роли эмпатии и креативности в его формировании. Исходя из определений проектного мышления в современной научной литературе и исторических предпосылок становления этого феномена, авторы выделяют основные его компоненты (генерация идей, планирование, анализ потребностей, определение требований, ресурсное обеспечение, анализ рисков и прогнозирование) и показывают, каким образом эмпатия и креативность способствуют их актуализации. Особое внимание уделено взаимодополняющему эффекту рассматриваемых условий: тонкое понимание потребностей пользователей становится источником для поиска оригинальных решений, а гибкое, творческое мышление помогает оперативно применять полученные эмпатические данные. Это подтверждает целесообразность использования в образовательном процессе вузов форм учебной работы, предусматривающих согласованную актуализацию у студентов эмпатии и креативности, повышая эффективность проектного обучения и готовность к инновационной деятельности.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the conditions for the development of students' project thinking, in particular, the role of empathy and creativity in its formation. Based on the definitions of project thinking in modern scientific literature and the historical background of the formation of this phenomenon, the authors highlight its main components (idea generation, planning, needs analysis, requirements definition, resource provision, risk analysis and forecasting) and show how empathy and creativity contribute to their actualization. Particular attention is paid to the complementary effect of the conditions under consideration: a subtle understanding of user needs becomes a source for finding original solutions, and flexible, creative thinking helps to quickly apply the obtained empathic data. This confirms the feasibility of using forms of educational work in the educational process of universities that provide for the coordinated actualization of empathy and creativity in students, increasing the effectiveness of project-based learning and readiness for innovative activities.
