В статье дана характеристика психические особенностей старшеклассников в мотивационном аспекте с позиции понятия оптимума мотивации. Отмечена взаимозависимость успешности деятельности от структуры мотивации, при переменных её интенсивности и сферы проявления, а также непропорциональная зависимость между заинтересованностью и эффективностью осуществляемой деятельностью. Согласно закону Йеркса-Додсона для достижения результата достаточно мотивации среднего уровня. Показано, что формирование личности учащегося, как активного субъекта учебного процесса, приобретает решающее значение в процессе овладения иностранным языком, всеми необходимыми учебными действиями, умениями, включая структуру учебной деятельности.
The article describes the mental characteristics of high school students in the motivational aspect from the perspective of the concept of optimum motivation. The interdependence of the success of the activity on the structure of motivation, with variables of its intensity and scope of manifestation, as well as a disproportionate dependence between interest and the effectiveness of the activity is noted. According to the Yerkes-Dodson law, an average level of motivation is sufficient to achieve a result. It is shown that the formation of a student's personality as an active subject of the educational process becomes crucial in the process of mastering a foreign language, all the necessary educational activities, skills, including the structure of educational activities.
