      <abstract xml:lang="ru">
        <p>Пандемия новой коронавирусной инфекции, впервые объявленная Всемирной организацией здравоохранения (ВОЗ) в марте 2020 года, вызвала широкий резонанс во всех сферах мировой жизнедеятельности. Исключительные условия сформировали необходимость перехода на новый формат обучения – с использованием онлайн платформ и дистанционных методов образования. В настоящей публикации продемонстрированы результаты анализа отношения и взглядов преподавателей и обучающихся на онлайн обучение. Несмотря на значительные успехи, достигнутые в ходе применения новых образовательных форматов, преподаватели столкнулись с рядом трудностей, негативно сказавшихся на общем отношении к преподаванию онлайн. В настоящей части статьи рассмотрены особенности основных типов учебных занятий, реализуемых при помощи образовательных онлайн сервисов.</p>

Exceptional conditions have created the need to switch to a new format of education – using online platforms and distance learning methods. This publication demonstrates the results of an analysis of the attitudes and views of teachers and students towards online learning. Despite significant strides made in the implementation of new educational formats, teachers have encountered a number of difficulties that have negatively affected the overall attitude towards teaching online. This part of the article discusses the features of the main types of training sessions implemented using online educational services.</p>
