Аннотация:
Публикация отражает исследование эффективности управления педагогическим процессом в современной высшей школе. Автор рассматривает различные методы управления через призму критериев и образовательных результатов, которые определены ФГОСами ВО поколения 3++ и ориентированы на личностный и профессиональный рост всех участников образовательного процесса.
Данная работа включает изучение структуры педагогического процесса вуза, его целей и задач, а также специфику управления на различных уровнях (ректорат деканат, кафедра, преподаватель). В зависимости от указанных уровней предлагается рассмотреть методы и способы управления образовательным процессом, а также выявить критерии его эффективности. Рассматривая цели и задачи образования в контексте современных федеральных стандартов, необходимо прогнозировать целесообразность методов педагогического взаимодействия с различными участниками образовательного процесса.
Работа интегрирует результаты исследований в различных науках: педагогике, психологии управления, менеджменте. Это делает исследование максимально полным и позволяет сопоставить различные точки зрения на организацию управления педагогическим процессом в высшей школе.
Целью работы является изучение эффективности управленческих методов в современном педагогическом процессе высшей школы. Объект исследования- образовательный процесс в вузе, предмет- методы управления педагогическим процессом в высшей школе.

Abstract:
The publication reflects the study of the effectiveness of the management of the pedagogical process in modern higher education. The author examines various management methods through the prism of criteria and educational results, which are defined by the Federal State Educational Standards for the 3++ generation and are focused on the personal and professional growth of all participants in the educational process.

The purpose of the work is to study the effectiveness of management methods in the modern pedagogical process of higher education. The object of the study is the educational process at the university; the subject is the methods of managing the pedagogical process in higher education.
