Аннотация:

Life-meaning orientations are a set of goals, beliefs, interests, value orientations and other aspects of a person’s consciousness that affect his behavior and development. Life-meaning orientations are the most important criterion of maturity and psychological well-being, are one of the regulators of social behavior, are closely related to self-realization and professional self-determination. An important role in the process of training future managers is the formation of organizational and managerial competence, which involves the use of reflective techniques aimed at acquiring life experience, developing a personal position, self-concept, and understanding oneself as a future professional. The formation of organizational and managerial competence of students is carried out in educational and professional activities, which provide for the solution of practical problems related to the future profession.
