Abstract:
The article reveals the essence and content of the pedagogical problems of correction and re-socialization of juvenile convicts serving sentences without isolation from society. The purpose of the study is to identify the pedagogical problems of minors sentenced to non-custodial sentences and the conditions for improving the effectiveness of their correction through the organization of a scientifically based and practically proven model of their pedagogical support. A scientifically based pedagogical model is proposed to support the process of correction of juvenile convicts registered with the penal enforcement inspectorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. The specifics of the conditions of pedagogical support for convicts serving sentences without isolation from society are revealed.
The technology of improving the organization of the educational process with this category of convicts is proposed by holding a training seminar with the staff of the Criminal Investigation Institute, consulting relatives of juvenile offenders and conducting psychological and pedagogical trainings with them.
